Eligibility & entry
Open to U.S. residents 18 and older. One account per person. Entry is always free; no purchase is ever necessary.
Winners & prizes
Winners are drawn randomly from valid entries and verified for U.S. residency and age before any prize ships. Prizes are paid for in cash by GiveawayGoose or our sponsors and shipped directly.
Taxes
Sweepstakes prizes are taxable income in the U.S. We issue a 1099-MISC for winners whose prize value crosses the IRS threshold; otherwise the winner is responsible for reporting it on their own return.
